Architectural Technologist

CDS LLP are an in-house design studio of a central London (Soho) developer with our own contractor team. We are working on a range of contemporary bespoke residential and large student accommodation / co-living schemes.

CDS is seeking a Part 3 Architect or Architectural Technologist with minimum 5 years Revit proficiency to work in its London Soho office.

They will work within the architect design team delivering the construction documents for a high-rise and large scale mixed use development.

Key Responsibilities:

Proficiency working on large scale mixed-use residential and commercial schemes including:

· preparation of detailed scale drawings and specifications for regulatory approvals

· preparation of drawings for tender and construction

· preparation of detailed schedules of materials and finishes

· coordination between primary MEP/structural consultants

· knowledge of building regulations and standards

· advanced knowledge of Revit including ability to create construction/working drawings using Revit

· strong and clear communication skills

· very accurate design and technical abilities

· 5 years post Part 3

The successful applicant must have a positive attitude with proven proficiency working collaboratively within a team setting, a strong work ethic and a solid ability to work with accuracy and take responsibility for their own work. The applicant must be self-motivated capable of assuming increasing responsibility for both current and future projects, and hold a clear ambition to grow with the firm.
