Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Lead GM to oversee day to day operations within the hospitality sector. This role is pivotal in ensuring efficient and secure transactions while fostering a culture of excellence in service delivery. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a background in culinary or hospitality management, and a passion for team development.

Duties

  • Supervise and manage the payments team, ensuring high standards of service and efficiency.
  • Oversee food preparation and production processes to ensure compliance with food safety regulations.
  • Collaborate with kitchen staff to streamline customer related to food service.
  • Provide training and support to team members in areas such as, serving, and hospitality best practices.
  • Monitor payment systems for accuracy and security, implementing improvements as necessary.
  • Maintain records of transactions and assist in resolving any discrepancies or issues that arise.
  • Foster a positive working environment that encourages teamwork and professional growth.

Requirements

  • Proven supervisory experience within a restaurant or hospitality environment.
  • Strong culinary experience with knowledge of food preparation and safety standards.
  • Excellent leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a diverse team.
  • Experience in food production, kitchen operations, or barista roles is highly desirable.
  • Ability to work collaboratively across all areas to enhance service delivery.
  • Strong organisational skills with attention to detail in managing payments and stock transactions.
  • A commitment to providing exceptional customer service within a fast-paced environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: £28,000.00-£35,000.00 per year
