The Role:
As a Business Development Executive, you will play a crucial role in generating new business opportunities and contributing to our continued growth, offering potential for a successful career in Corporate Business Sales.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Prospecting and engaging corporate clients via outbound calls, emails, LinkedIn, and tailored outreach campaigns.
- Working alongside our data team to identify and capitalise on high-value opportunities.
- Building and managing your own sales pipeline using our CRM system (HubSpot experience is a bonus).
- Speaking with C-level decision-makers, presenting Altius Group's services, and securing qualified appointments.
- Consistently achieving daily, weekly, and monthly KPIs and contributing to wider team targets.
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records through CRM workflows.
- Building strong internal relationships with colleagues and collaborating closely with our Associate Director team to maximise appointment opportunities.
What We're Looking For:
- Confident communicator with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Energetic, self-motivated, and target driven with a strong work ethic.
- Ability to build rapport and strong relationships with clients at all levels.
- Skilled in using CRM platforms.
- Highly organised with the ability to manage your own pipeline and daily workload.
- Positive, team-oriented attitude with a passion for business growth and personal development.
