About The Role

ARAG Law are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Client Onboarding Administrator to join our Legal Operations team in Bristol. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for potential new clients and help provide an excellent level of support to individuals who need our help and expertise with legal services. Your primary focus will be onboarding our new clients and ensuring that their first impression with us is seamless and efficient.

The key responsibilities in this role include:

  • Answering reception calls and directing these appropriately.
  • Making calls to new clients to gathering key information.
  • Opening new files on our case management system across various law departments,
  • Providing ad-hoc administrative support to our law departments.
  • Handling communication by email, post and phone with prospective new clients.
  • Processing incoming and outgoing post.
  • Responding to shared mailbox tasks and contributing to the successful running of the wider team
About You

We would love to hear from candidates with previous experience in a customer facing role, such as retail, call center or within hospitality. Experience in a law firm would be advantageous, as would a familiarity with law, legal procedures, and the court system, however this is by no means essential as full support and training will be provided. Regardless of your previous experience, we would be keen to hear from candidates who can demonstrate the following skills and experience:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and IT systems
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Commitment to ensuring good customer outcomes
  • Ability to juggle multiple activities and work well under pressure
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
