UK Supervisory Representative

Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a UK Supervisory Representative based out of Farnborough, with flexibility to work from home for part of the time. The UK Supervisory Representative will oversee trip operations, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and client requirements. Responsibilities include coordinating flight logistics, providing operational support, liaising with regulatory authorities, overseeing vendor and partner relationships, and ensuring high-quality client service throughout the process

ESSENTIAL DUTIES

1. Plan and implement supervision, coordination, and third-party flight arrangements daily.

2. Establish a local presence and provide country-specific information, while maintaining and expanding the airport and supplier database.

3. Collaborate with various departments of the company to deliver objectives to the customer.

4. Establish and maintain strong business and client relationships daily.

5. Maintain strong and clear communication lines with the Country Manager and report any significant behavioural trends, customer feedback, industry leading news and competitor developments.

6. Assist with generating client leads for the sales team and support all sales/marketing initiatives.

ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Assist with daily operational tasks within the Flight Operations to support the implementation of new strategic plans for increased efficiency.

2. Help Identify corrective actions for client service issues and report to management.

3. Gather client and industry knowledge to support company strategic initiatives.

4. Support client trip quote needs by collaborating with multiple departments as needed.

5. Perform other duties as assigned.

EDUCATION and EXPERIENCE

• associate degree in business required; however, a bachelor's degree is highly desired

• Five (5) plus years of experience in various aviation operations including ground operations and/or flight operations.

• Experience with administrative and office management responsibilities.

• Significant experience in a customer support role (i.e., client relations or as a client service representative) within flight support/supervision company required/essential.

• Some leadership experience with an emphasis on communication, collaboration, and strategy.

Experience in flight operations, trip planning, and coordination with authorities and vendors in aviation.

Detail-oriented with excellent planning, organization, and problem-solving abilities.

Proficiency in communication, both written and verbal, for client and vendor interactions.

Familiarity with aviation regulations and compliance procedures in the UK an advantage

Ability to thrive in a hybrid workflow, balancing office presence and remote responsibilities.
