ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

We're looking for a passionate and skilled Head Barista to lead our coffee offering and bring exceptional service to our clients office.. If you love great coffee, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and enjoy leading a team, we'd love to hear from you

What You'll Do

• Craft consistently excellent coffee and beverages
• Lead, train, and motivate our barista team
• Maintain high standards of service and product quality
• Oversee daily bar operations and workflow
• Keep equipment clean, calibrated, and in top condition
• Manage stock levels and support menu development
• Ensure the bar area is organised, safe, and welcoming

We're Looking For

• Strong experience as a senior or head barista
• Exceptional espresso, milk, and brewing skills
• A natural leader who enjoys coaching others
• Great communication and customer-service skills
• Someone calm under pressure with strong attention to detail
• Passion for coffee and a desire to keep improving

SCHEDULE

Monday - Friday

7am - 3pm

LOCATION

Paddington

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: £13.85-£15.00 per hour
