What you'll be doing:

  • Supporting the management team with daily operations
  • Leading by example and delivering exceptional care in line with the EYFS
  • Mentoring and guiding junior team members
  • Overseeing your room and stepping up in the absence of the Deputy or Manager
  • Ensuring safeguarding and health & safety policies are always followed
  • Building strong, positive relationships with children, families, and staff
  • Hours are 45 across four days

What we're looking for:

  • A Level 3 qualification in Early Years (or equivalent)
  • Previous experience in a senior role (e.g. Room Leader or above)
  • Confident leadership skills and a proactive, team-focused mindset
  • Strong understanding of the EYFS and safeguarding expectations
  • A warm, professional communicator who leads with positivity
