We are looking for a reliable and enthusiastic Sous Chef/Senior Sous to join our expanding team. A breakfast and daily freshly cooked menu is currently operating, with input, ideas and flair required for menu changes/specials/Sunday roasts/theme nights etc.

Alongside this, the venue hosts visiting parties & team matches in golf season, as well as private functions to varying buffet and sit down meal options.

We are looking for someone committed, hard working, organised and has a positive, can do attitude. You should have over 5 years experience.

Shift patterns are 5 days out of 7. Every Monday off, Tuesday to Sunday 6pm close.

Closes are shorter in Winter season however, functions and events mean these vary.

Closed on Christmas Day, Boxing Day & New Year's Day. Good work/life balance. On top of this we offer fortnightly pay, split of tips, pension scheme & annual holiday allowance.

MUST BE ABLE TO/POSSESS THE FOLLOWING -

  • Run shifts in Head Chefs absence
  • Give clear and precise stock orders to management to be placed
  • Clean, organised and well presented
  • Work to all Health & Safety Regulations
  • Must hold up to date hygiene certificate
  • Stock rotation & control
  • Communication with other team members and management
  • Flexible
  • Attention to detail

Driving license and own car would be advantageous.
