Qualified Social Worker – Liverpool

Liquid Personnel is currently recruiting for an experienced and qualified Social Worker to join an Adult Community Mental Health Team based in Liverpool.
To be successful in this role you must have Social Work England registration, be eligible to work in the UK, hold a qualification in Social Work at degree level, and have post-qualified experience.

Requirements for the role:
- Conduct assessments and deliver services under the Care Act 2014, including Section 42 Safeguarding Enquiries, Mental Capacity Act 2005, and Best Interest Assessments.
- Prepare Social Circumstances Reports for Sections 2, 3, and 37 Tribunals/Appeals.
- Manage complex hospital discharges from Acute Wards, Forensic Mental Health Wards, and Rehabilitation Units.
What we are looking for in a Social Worker:
- Social Work England registration
- Eligible to work in the UK
- Hold a full UK license
- Post-qualified experience
- Degree level or equivalent in Social Work
