Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated Weekend Supervisor to oversee operations during the weekend shifts. The ideal candidate will have experience in the hospitality industry, with a strong background in hotel management or janitorial services. This role involves supervising staff, ensuring high standards of cleanliness and customer service, and maintaining smooth operational flow. The Weekend Supervisor will play a vital role in delivering exceptional guest experiences and upholding the organisation's reputation for excellence.

Responsibilities

  • Supervise and coordinate weekend staff to ensure efficient service delivery across all departments.
  • Oversee cleaning and maintenance tasks to uphold cleanliness standards in accordance with health and safety regulations.
  • Assist guests with enquiries, complaints, and special requests to ensure satisfaction.
  • Monitor daily operations, including room readiness, service quality, and adherence to organisational policies.
  • Conduct staff briefings, provide training support, and motivate team members to achieve performance targets.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety protocols throughout the premises.
  • Maintain accurate records of operational activities and report any issues to senior management promptly.

Skills

  • Proven experience in hotel management, hospitality, or janitorial services is highly desirable.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a professional demeanour.
