Job description

We are looking for a Senior Full Stack AI Engineer with strong hands-on experience in building advanced multi agent AI systems using frameworks such as LangGraph or similar.

You will be responsible for designing, developing and optimising AI pipelines that bring intelligent agent based systems to life, from research through to real world deployment. This includes working across both AI development and cloud infrastructure, ensuring that solutions are secure, scalable and cost effective.

You should be equally comfortable experimenting in a Jupyter Notebook as you are configuring cloud infrastructure with Terraform, with the ability to turn cutting edge AI concepts into reliable, production ready systems that perform well even in challenging or resource limited environments.

Required Skills & Experience

  • MOD Security Clearance (or ability to obtain).
  • Commercial experience delivering LangGraph or equivalent agentic AI projects
  • with more than four agents in production.
  • Strong grasp of multi-agent orchestration, memory, and tool integration.
  • Proficiency in Python for AI development and Bash/Go for automation.
  • Familiarity with AWS core services (EC2, VPC, IAM, S3, ALB/ELB, CloudFront, ECR/ECS,Elastic Beanstalk, Control Tower).
  • Familiarity with IaC (Terraform, Terraform Cloud, CloudFormation) and expertise incontainerisation (Docker, Docker Compose).
  • Solid CI/CD engineering with GitHub Actions and/or Argo CD.
