What You'll Do

  • Welcome and serve guests with exceptional hospitality
  • Take orders accurately and deliver food/drinks to tables
  • Confidently recommend dishes and upsell where appropriate
  • Gain extensive wine knowledge (full training provided)
  • Operate till, card machines, and coffee machine (training provided)
  • Monitor cellar inventory and highlight stock needs
  • Keep FOH areas clean, safe, and well-presented at all times

What We're Looking For

  • Previous hospitality experience is ideal, though we will train the right person
  • A friendly, confident communicator with a genuine passion for guest experience
  • Committed, reliable, and takes pride in consistently delivering high standards
  • Able to stay composed and efficient in a fast-paced, high-expectation environment
  • A natural team player who can also take initiative and show leadership when needed
