As part of the Global International Sales team, this role is responsible for managing campaigns throughout their entire lifecycle—from initial briefing and sales coordination to final campaign delivery and post-campaign activities.

The International Account Executive (IKAE) will work closely with the International Key Account Managers (IKAMs) to support revenue generation for key clients across specialist sectors, agencies, and direct clients. These clients are located in the UK, Italy, Ireland, North America, Asia, and the Middle East.

Key Responsibilities

Administration of bookings including:

  • Supplying production requirements, co-ordinate campaign photography and share with agency contacts, supplying proforma invoices, deliver site list, post-campaign analysis
  • Requesting copy approval
  • Updating internal systems/ dashboards
  • To maintain good internal liaison with the Operations, Finance, Development teams
  • Ability to use audience measurement tools,
  • Assisting in presentations/meeting prep including competitive analysis, sector trends
  • Integration with other Global departments and commitment to 'One Global' culture
  • Have detailed knowledge of Global portfolio and feel confident when communicating with agencies and clients on our formats
  • Ensure you deliver exceptional customer service and ensure the smooth running of the day-to-day business. Supporting your team with tasks to enhance our offering and the way we service our clients
  • Have an enthusiastic and can-do attitude in a difficult economy and support the commercial directors in key department initiatives to build a 'One Global' culture

  • Fostered a relationship with your internal teams and built an efficient way of working
  • Use internal systems effectively

  • Ability to use PowerPoint, Excel, Salesforce
  • Good understanding of the application of industry measurement tools – Route
  • Ability to pick up new systems and tools (guidance provided)
