Position Summary
Adjunct faculty will teach in person on an as-needed basis for the Psychology program in the Department of Psychology, Criminal Justice, and Sociology. For Fall 2024, duties may include one or more teaching assignments: PSYC 209 – Life Span Development (class of ~30 students) PSYC 441 – History and Systems of Psychology (class of ~20 students)

Responsibilities
General: Prepare lesson plans (clarify syllabus, course schedule), quizzes, exams, teach course material, provide feedback and grades throughout the semester. Ability to teach in-person course; Canvas LMS skills are beneficial. Specific to the class(es) taught; will be communicated on an individual basis.

Qualifications
Master's or Ph.D. in Psychology or related field. Teaching experience preferred. Candidate should have a commitment to excellence in teaching in a Christian Liberal Arts setting.
