We're looking for an experienced Chef de Partie to join a busy, high quality kitchen within a prestigious hospitality venue near Brackley, Buckingham & Towcester – easily reached from Northampton or Milton Keynes.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a passionate CDP who enjoys working with fresh, seasonal ingredients in a fast-paced, professional environment. You'll join a talented team delivering everything from refined restaurant dishes to high volume hospitality, with great training and support from senior chefs.

What You'll Do

  • Prepare, cook, and present dishes to company standards.
  • Support senior chefs with daily prep and service delivery.
  • Maintain high standards of food quality, taste, and presentation.
  • Ensure food safety, hygiene, and allergen controls are followed at all times.
  • Work efficiently under pressure and contribute to a positive kitchen culture.
  • Assist with stock control, rotation, and cleaning schedules.

What We're Looking For

  • Experience as a Chef de Partie, Commis progressing to CDP, or similar role in a fresh food or hospitality kitchen.
  • A passion for flavour, presentation, and learning new skills.
  • Team player with a calm, positive attitude during busy services.
  • Knowledge of HACCP, food hygiene, and allergen awareness.
  • Reliability, good communication, and strong attention to detail.

Job Type: Full-time

Location: Near Brackley, Buckingham & Towcester (NN12) – easily reached from Northampton or Milton Keynes

Schedule: 5 days per week, including weekends on rotation
