We're Uncover Creations, a small UK-based company crafting premium fantasy pleasure products that bring delight to adventurous souls worldwide. We started the year with just 4 people, and now we're at 16. Scaling up fast because demand isn't slowing down.

If you're the kind of person who likes a job that's hands-on, unique, and (let's be honest) makes for a great answer to "So, what do you do?", you might just be the person we're looking for.

The Practical Bits First

Start Date: Immediately (we need you yesterday, but we'll settle for next week)

Pay: £12.21/hour, rising to £13.21 after probation

Hours: Standard shifts are 8:30am–4:30pm, but we're flexible if you've got a life outside of silicone dragons

What You'll Be Doing

• Supporting Our 3D Wizards: Learn from the best while helping bring our most imaginative (and anatomically creative) designs to life
• Mould Making Magic: Master the ancient art of silicone moulding. Okay, it's modern. But it feels ancient when you're wrestling with a particularly stubborn mould at 3pm.
• Quality Control: Making sure everything meets our high standards. Because nobody wants a wonky... well, you get the idea.
• Staring at Walls Full of "Toys": This will become shockingly normal, shockingly fast.
• Heavy Lifting: You'll be on your feet most of the day, moving moulds and silicone-filled goodies around. (Our products are surprisingly heavy.)

What We're Looking For

• 3D Skills: Familiarity with 3D printing is ideal, but if you've got the determination to learn while nodding confidently, we'll work with that.
• Attention to Detail: Because nobody wants to explain to customers why their fantasy dragon has a mysterious bump where it definitely shouldn't.
• Adaptability: Things move fast here. Can you juggle curing silicone timers and urgent mould requests without spilling your coffee? (Bonus points if you can do it while drinking said coffee.)
• Experience? Not Essential: Look, we're not expecting you to have "Silicone Pleasure Product Manufacturing" on your CV (though fair play if you do). If you're good with your hands, willing to learn, and can handle being around a lot of adult products without giggling every five minutes (the first day is free giggles, after that you've got to keep it together), that's what we need.
