This role is a seasonal role for our peak period, with the contract ending Friday 5th January.

The contract start date is Monday 20th October. However, we can be flexible depending on the successful candidate's availability.

Key Responsibilities

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Warehouse Operative to join our operations team as we head into our peak season.

Receiving Deliveries: Unload incoming containers and shipments efficiently and safely, ensuring all stock is handled appropriately.

Dispatch Support: Assist in the dispatch process by printing and applying shipping labels, organising outbound shipments, and maintaining accurate records.

Warehouse Organisation: Maintain a clean, tidy, and well-organised warehouse environment in compliance with health and safety procedures.

Cross-functional Support: Collaborate with team members across the warehouse and other departments to ensure seamless operations and customer satisfaction.

Working Pattern

This role follows a Panama shift pattern, also known as a 2-2-3 shift. You will work on a rotating schedule that typically includes: 2 days on, 2 days off, 3 days on, followed by the reverse the following week (i.e., 2 days off, 2 days on, 3 days off).

This pattern means you will work every other weekend and benefit from regular days off during the week. Shifts are 10 hours long, from 8am to 6pm, with a 30 minute break for lunch. The pattern ensures a good balance between work and rest days over a two-week cycle.
