Responsibilities

  • Deliver personalised patient care, including assistance with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, and mobility support
  • Assist with medication administration following prescribed guidelines
  • Prepare nutritious meals tailored to individual dietary needs
  • Support clients with dementia, Alzheimer's, or other behavioural conditions through behaviour management techniques
  • Provide companionship and emotional support to clients of all ages, including children and seniors
  • Drive clients to appointments or outings as required, ensuring safe transportation
  • Perform light housekeeping duties to maintain a clean and safe environment
  • Respond promptly to emergencies or urgent needs using first aid skills when necessary
  • Assist with heavy lifting or transfers for clients requiring mobility support
  • Document care activities accurately and report any concerns to supervising staff

Qualifications

We're Looking For:

  • Warm, patient and caring individuals
  • Previous care experience (preferred but not essential – full training provided)
  • Good communication skills
  • A positive attitude and willingness to learn
  • Valid driving licence
  • Compassionate attitude with a genuine desire to support others' well-being
  • Flexibility

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: £810.00-£1,053.00 per week
