Meta seeks a Product Marketing Manager to drive adoption and growth of advertising solutions for customers across Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp and future applications and service across EMEA's businesses. The role is part of our PMM team whose mission is to accelerate product and business growth through market and audience expertise. We are the "voice of product in International Markets and the voice of International Markets in Product".As the Market PMM, you will be responsible for bringing in market insights, influencing product strategies, driving holistic go-to-market strategies to drive awareness, adoption and growth of our ad products across the markets. You will work with Sales, and cross functional teams to ensure all efforts are aligned from inception to launch and beyond — and communicated clearly and with empathy to all key stakeholders. This is a full-time position.

Product Marketing Manager - EMEA Responsibilities:

  • To have in depth product/platform experience and be the advocate in your region
  • Partner with regional sales leadership and other cross-functional teams to drive product adoption and revenue growth for our advertising solutions across EMEA. Lead and execute the go-to-market strategies for the region
  • Drive product adoption growth leveraging cross-functional partners, external marketing partners, communications, PR, thought leadership, and traditional marketing and events
  • Plan and execute against local go-to-market strategies which include delivering product trainings, client segmentation lists, product positioning and narratives through the lens of Advertisers to drive business outcomes
  • Act as the voice of the market to global product teams. Collaborate with in-market Sales teams to synthesize market opportunities backed with data, and communicate customer problems and feedback, to influence product strategy and roadmaps

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or higher
  • 8+ years of professional experience in technology, advertising, measurement, or business/sales operations
  • Product marketing expertise in the web and mobile advertising and experience contributing at strategic and tactical levels
  • Project management skills, with experience developing and executing marketing strategy
  • Proven communication and presentation skills, along with demonstrated experience working effectively to influence and collaborate with a wide range of stakeholders
  • Analytical skills and a data-driven approach to decision-making
  • Experience in prioritization, problem solving and self direction
  • Demonstrated experience thriving in a productive, ambiguous, and rapidly evolving environment. Experience adapting, identifying issues early, and escalating them appropriately
  • Proven track record of influencing behaviour at various levels within the organization
  • Commercial and data-driven experiences with experience conducting market research and analysis, building business cases to influence product management decisions
  • Familiarity with Meta's products and ecosystem, including ads

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with marketing business messaging platforms, AI solutions, or similar communication technologies
