Clinical Lead's with a passion for enhancing the quality of life of the people we support are at the heart of our nursing management teams. We're currently searching for a fantastic Clinical Lead to join us in leading our nursing service in Norton Fitzwarren. This service is a welcoming and friendly environment with a dynamic team that supports a fantastic group of people

The people we support at this service have been diagnosed with conditions such as Huntington's, Acquired Brain Injuries, Strokes, Cerebral Palsy and Learning Disabilities. This wide range of conditions ensures that Clinical Leads continue to develop and learn new skills on a day-to-day basis. Our Clinical Leads are supported to continue with their CPD and are provided with CPD training in areas' including: Dementia, pain management, stoma care, catheter care, verification of death.

As a Clinical Lead with us you'll be helping people to gain more independence in their daily lives, ensuring the clinical needs of the people we support are met. Our Clinical Lead's are masterful at developing a close working relationship with the people we support and our clinical teams, which means that we can centre their nursing and care needs as our main priority. Our Clinical Lead's are also natural leaders and are skilled in planning and delivering clinical care and providing support and guidance to our care and clinical colleagues. You'll never lose sight of why you choose to do this, as our Clinical Lead's are still at the heart of providing day-to-day support.

We're interested in our Clinical Lead's having both the right experience and the right values. This is why at this service our Clinical Leads should have a UK based nursing qualification as well as relevant experience working in Clinical Leadership role and prior experience as an RGN, RMN or RNLD and be registered with the NMC.
