This specific role will give you the ability to get involved in some of the most creative parts of the business as well as engaging in other areas of the work and engaging with our customers directly, seeing the impact our work makes
Responsibilities
- To work with content writers to develop video assets and documents, booklets etc.
- To record voiceovers for content.
- To create social media clips for various platforms.
- To upload to and manage our social media platforms.
- To assist with filming content.
- To assist with customer engagement work, including answering emails, phone calls etc.
- To assist with administrative tasks as directed by senior staff.
- To assist with other MYPATH work as required.
Person Specification
Essential
- A full and valid driving license
- Maths and English Grade A*-C (4-9) or equivalent
- A proactive and creative approach to work
- An ability to adapt to the needs of the business
- Fluency in English Language
Desirable
- Knowledge of the careers education industry (Experience even better)
- Experience of video editing or other media formats.
- Experience in audio production.
- Experience in customer service style roles.
- Experience in administrative roles.
- Experience in sales style roles.
