Backed by a portfolio of leading pet and lifestyle brands, we're on a mission to create unforgettable experiences for dogs and their humans.
Role Overview
We're looking for an experienced and proactive
Field Marketing & Partnerships Executive
to lead the delivery of regional marketing activity and secure impactful contra-marketing partnerships to grow DogFest's reach and engagement. This is a hands-on role for a commercially aware marketer with a proven track record in driving ticket sales through localised campaigns and strategic collaborations.
You'll bring energy, initiative, and deep event marketing expertise to the role – building community connections, identifying new partnership opportunities, and ensuring our presence is strong on the ground in every region we visit.
Key Responsibilities
Field Marketing & Community Engagement
- Plan and deliver targeted local marketing campaigns to maximise awareness and ticket sales across DogFest regions
- Build relationships with local pet businesses, independent retailers, charities, clubs, and dog communities
- Manage grassroots marketing efforts including flyering, posters, retail partner placement, and visibility initiatives
- Represent DogFest at relevant community events and support with local activations on the ground
- Work with the central team to ensure local stories and campaigns are reflected in digital content, email, and PR
Influencer Strategy & Management
- Identify, approach, and onboard regional and national influencers (micro, macro and pet-based accounts) aligned with DogFest's brand and values
- Develop and deliver engaging influencer campaigns to support event buzz and ticket sales
- Manage all influencer logistics including gifting, briefing, content scheduling, and guestlist access
- Build strong long-term relationships with key talent and their agents
- Track and report on influencer impact (reach, engagement, UGC, ticket conversions, etc.) across events
Contra-Marketing Partnerships – Sourcing & Fulfilment
- Research, pitch and secure regional and national contra-marketing partnerships with aligned brands, businesses and communities
- Negotiate and fulfil promotional agreements such as newsletter placements, social posts, in-store promo, and mutual content sharing
- Manage partner deliverables, timelines, and track campaign effectiveness
- Maintain an active partner database and contribute to post-event reviews and planning
Campaign Operations & Marketing Support
- Support campaign planning, audience analysis, and reporting to the Head of Marketing
- Monitor competitor activity and help identify regional growth opportunities
About You
- Minimum 4 years' experience in event marketing, with hands-on campaign delivery, influencer outreach, and local partnership experience
- Demonstrated success in building regional awareness through community marketing and influencer campaigns
- A confident communicator with excellent relationship-building, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Deep understanding of influencer landscape (especially pet, lifestyle and regional creators) and social media best practices
- Commercially aware and results-driven, with strong planning and tracking skills
- Comfortable representing a consumer-facing brand on-site and in partner meetings
- Thrives in a fast-paced, high-energy, hands-on event environment
- Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel nationally (weekend work during event season is essential)
Why Join DogFest?
- Be part of a fun, fast-growing consumer events brand with a passionate, dog-loving community
- Lead meaningful campaigns that deliver real impact and engage thousands of people (and their dogs)
- Work alongside a creative and collaborative team with opportunities to grow, learn and shape new ideas
