Job requirements of EV/ Offal Room Operative:

We are looking for an EV/Offal Room Operative to join our established team here at Cranswick Country Foods Fresh Poultry in Eye, Suffolk. You will be responsible for ensuring the smooth running of the EV/Offal Room, with duties including offal packing and grading of organs.

Shift Pattern –1) 4 shifts per week on a 3 week rotating shift pattern, 03:30– 14:00 – Days

or 2) Monday – Friday 14:00pm – 22:30pm - Nights

Duties

· To support with the general production of our chicken products, duties will include but are not limited to; offal packing, grading of organs and more.

· Abiding to Food Safety, Hygiene and COSHH to ensure safe production of our products.

· Duties and responsibilities can change regularly based on the factory needs

What you will need:

· Be self-motivated and able to work on your own initiative

·Enjoy working to targets in a fast paced environment

·Possess high standards of work

·Have a basic level of both written and verbal English

·Enjoy working as part of a team

· Ideally have experience of working within the food production industry, however this is not necessary as full training will be provided

Pay and benefits:

·Rate of Pay 1) £14.17 per hour, 2) £14.10 per hour (Rate inclusive of a £1 per hour weekly attendance bonus)
