VIGO is seeking an ambitious BMS Sales Engineer for an industry-leading smart buildings specialist in London. If you are commercially-minded, technically competent in BMS/BEMS, and driven to deliver exceptional customer solutions, this opportunity is designed for you. This role offers a distinctive trajectory to leave a mark in the smart buildings sector, drive sales growth and help our clients optimise energy usage through cutting-edge building control systems.
 
Role Overview
As a BMS Sales Engineer, you'll be a core contributor to the sales targets, demonstrating your technical expertise to provide solutions for customers, and driving market penetration. Navigating through project pursuits to after-sales support, you'll bring a strategic approach and a commitment to customer satisfaction.
 
Key Responsibilities
- Drive the sales process from identification to negotiation, to closing large sales opportunities
- Build strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and offering tailored solutions
- Deliver presentations to key decision-makers about the value, scope, and standard of our BMS solutions
- Create quotes and proposals for BMS service contracts, system upgrades, and new project installations
- Support the after-sales process ensuring smooth project implementation and customer satisfaction
- Develop a robust pipeline of sales opportunities through networking and leveraging existing client relationships
- Keep abreast of the industry's latest trends and technologies to maintain a competitive edge
 
The Ideal Candidate
- Proven sales experience (3+ years) within the BEMS sector
- Skilled in commercial negotiations and client presentations
- Strong understanding of BMS systems and solutions
- Tech-savvy with exemplary verbal and written communication skills
- Motivated team player with a strong desire to succeed and build profitable relationships
- Full UK driving license
