Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position for a Luxury Sales Associate located in the Greater Cheshire West and Chester Area. The Luxury Sales Associate will be responsible for engaging with customers, providing exceptional service, and driving sales within the retail environment. Day-to-day tasks include offering product expertise, assisting customers with selling and buying items, maintaining store presentation standards, and ensuring all items are authenticated and processed accurately. The role involves building positive relationships with clients while contributing to overall store success.

Qualifications

  • Strong customer service skills, including a focus on relationship-building and delivering personalized shopping experiences
  • Knowledge of luxury fashion and products, including an understanding of current trends and brands
  • Sales experience in retail or a similar environment, with a strong ability to meet targets
  • Organizational skills for maintaining product displays and processing inventory efficiently
  • Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in using point-of-sale systems and other retail tools
  • A passion for sustainable fashion and the preloved community
  • Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and varied schedules as required
