Job Description: We are seeking a Chief Operating Officer to lead the next phase of operational scale and organisational maturity for a rapidly growing healthtech platform. This pivotal role involves managing day-to-day performance, building scalable systems, and ensuring the company is positioned for rapid growth in existing and new markets. You will bring operational structure, commercial rigour, and cross-functional leadership.

What you will do:

  • Build and manage the operating model, processes, and systems for scale across key functions like Customer Success, Support, and Marketing.
  • Strengthen commercial operations, unit economics, pricing, and retention performance, managing budgeting and financial discipline.
  • Own company-wide operational compliance, including information security, data protection, and clinical governance in a regulated environment.

The ideal candidate:

  • Ten or more years of operational leadership experience, including senior roles in high-growth technology companies.
  • Demonstrated success scaling a business through Series A to Series B or equivalent growth stages.
  • Strong financial capability, including budgeting, forecasting, and commercial modelling, with proven ability to build high-performing teams.
