Overview of the Role
Working alongside the Sales Designers to support the sales process and assist in the creation and execution of kitchen designs for our clients, ensuring that projects are completed to the highest standards. This role is perfect for someone who is passionate about interior design, particularly kitchen spaces, and is looking to gain experience in a creative and collaborative environment.

Expertly crafted by skilled designers and makers in our state-of-the-art manufacturing facility in Malvern, Worcestershire.
Key Accountabilities
- Design Assistance: Provide support to the design team in the creation of kitchen layouts, mood boards, and visual presentations. Work closely with designers to ensure the brief given is captured correctly and you are accurately representing the designers vision.
- Quoting: Prepare accurate quotes after every revision and change is made.
- Post survey paperwork: Review post survey drawings and ensure changes are made to relevant drawings and product information is update.
- Client Interaction: Assist in communicating with clients to understand their needs, preferences, and style to help develop initial concepts and ideas. Meet and greet clients, make drinks and see to their requirements whilst in the showroom.
- Software Proficiency: Help develop and update designs using design software (e.g. VectorWorks, or other kitchen design software). Help to keep the CRM system up to date and accurately use excel to draft and update quotes.
- Project Coordination: Aid in coordinating timelines, ensuring that projects are progressing on schedule, and ensuring all client requests are tracked.
- Product Research: Assist in sourcing materials, appliances, finishes, and other products required for kitchen design, ensuring that the options align with the designers direction for the client's vision and budget.
- Technical Support: Liaise with technical team on technical drawings and help prepare 3D renderings, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
- Supplier Liaison: Assist in communication with suppliers to confirm product availability, pricing, and delivery timelines.
- General Administrative Tasks: Provide general administrative support, such as managing documentation, coordinating meetings, and assisting in managing client schedules.
- Showroom events support: helping to support the running of showroom events and tasks could include ordering stools to buying drinks, setting up the showroom, participating in the event by looking after clients and then cleaning up after the event.
- Showroom upkeep and cover: Cover the showroom when the designer is out at meetings or site visits. Support to keep the showroom clean, presentable and stocked with the necessary items.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Education: A background in interior design, architecture, or a related field is preferred, but not essential.
- Design Software: Proficiency in design software, particularly kitchen design programs such as VectorWorks. Experience with Microsoft Office Suite is also required.
- Creative & Detail-Oriented: Strong creative skills with an eye for design and attention to detail.
- Communication: Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage with clients and suppliers.
- Organisational Skills: Highly organised, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively within a team and assist in various aspects of the design process.
- Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically when faced with challenges.

Pay: £25,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
