The MEGA Delivery Facilitator will play a key part in delivering high-energy, engaging, and impactful sessions to young people aged 11–18 across MEGA Days, AI Academy activities, MEGA Scholarships, and wider outreach events.
This junior role focuses on programme delivery, youth engagement, and supporting curriculum development, ensuring learners have positive, inclusive and inspiring experiences across digital, cyber, and emerging technology themes.
The postholder will deliver content designed by senior curriculum staff, while contributing ideas, feedback, and improvements based on their experience in the classroom. They will act as a relatable role model, helping young people build confidence, curiosity, and aspirations in the tech industry.

Key Responsibilities
Programme Delivery & Facilitation
- Deliver engaging and energetic sessions across MEGA Days, AI Academy activities, MEGA Scholarships, and wider outreach initiatives for Key Stage 3 to Key Stage 5 learners.
- Adapt delivery styles to suit diverse needs, including learners with SEN or those from disadvantaged backgrounds.
- Bring enthusiasm, approachability, and real-world context into the classroom to inspire young people's interest in digital and tech careers.
- Support senior delivery staff during large-scale events, workshops, and interactive learning experiences.
- Travel across the region to deliver in schools, colleges, and hub locations (full UK driving licence and vehicle required).
Content Support & Enhancement
- Use pre-designed learning materials to deliver sessions confidently and effectively.
- Provide constructive feedback to the curriculum team on content, learner impact, and opportunities for improvement.
- Help prepare materials, resources, and equipment ahead of delivery.
Learner Engagement & Support
- Motivate, encourage, and empower learners from a range of socio-economic backgrounds.
- Help create positive learning environments and manage classroom behaviour effectively.
- Promote social mobility by championing the opportunities available in digital, cyber, AI, and technology careers.
Stakeholder & School Engagement
- Build strong relationships with teachers, school staff, and partners, representing IN4 Group professionally and positively.
- Provide additional support to schools and colleges participating in the MEGA programmes.
- Work closely with the wider CyberFirst and MEGA teams to ensure smooth delivery and high standards.
Administrative & Operational Support
- Assist with resource setup, equipment management, and logistics for events and sessions.
- Support the coordination and delivery of MEGA events and outreach sessions.
- Ensure that safeguarding, professional standards, and internal processes are followed at all times.
Required
Skills and Experience
- Experience working with young people in schools, colleges, youth groups, or similar settings.
- Highly organised, reliable, and able to manage delivery schedules across multiple locations.
- Strong classroom management skills and confidence presenting to groups.
- Experience delivering STEM, digital, coding, or technology-related content (or the passion and ability to learn quickly).
- Understanding of technologies linked to Cyber Security, AI, or digital skills (introductory level or above).
- Basic comprehension of coding languages such as Python, Java, or JavaScript.
- High energy, enthusiasm, and the ability to be relatable and inspiring for young people aged 11–18.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Adaptable and able to think on your feet, adjusting delivery in response to classroom needs.
- Passionate about social mobility and supporting young people from a wide range of backgrounds.
Desirable
- Experience delivering STEM outreach specifically at Key Stages 3 or 4.
- Experience as a STEM Ambassador.
- Experience creating content or resources for young people.
- Teaching-related qualifications or training.
- Experience supporting events or workshops.
- Knowledge of the digital and technology sector.
- Experience providing pastoral support to learners.
