Role Purpose

As the
Territory Sales Manager for the UK
, you will be the key driver of Brain Stimulation AB's commercial expansion across the United Kingdom. You'll be responsible for introducing and growing adoption of the RehAtt product range within NHS stroke and neurorehabilitation services, as well as in private hospitals, rehab clinics, and therapy centres.

This is a strategic, consultative sales role that requires a deep understanding of healthcare systems, relationship building, and solution selling. You'll act as the local ambassador for our mission — to improve rehabilitation outcomes through intelligent, evidence-based technology.

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategic Territory Development
  • Develop and implement a robust sales strategy to achieve commercial targets within the UK healthcare market.
  • Map key NHS and private accounts, identify opportunities, and prioritise stroke and neurorehabilitation services for RehAtt adoption.
  • Customer Engagement & Relationship Building
  • Build and nurture relationships with stroke clinicians, therapists (OT/PT), service managers, procurement teams, and commissioning groups.
  • Develop a deep understanding of the clinical and operational challenges faced by stroke services, using this insight to position RehAtt as a high-value solution.
  • Sales Execution
  • Deliver compelling product demonstrations and clinical presentations to diverse stakeholders.
  • Manage trials, pilots, and proof-of-concept programs to validate outcomes and ROI.
  • Drive the full sales cycle — from lead generation and tender/business case processes through to closing agreements and implementation.
  • Market Intelligence & Representation
  • Maintain awareness of trends, funding changes, and policies within UK stroke and neurorehabilitation services.
  • Represent Brain Stimulation AB at conferences, trade shows, and professional events, presenting RehAtt as a leader in digital rehabilitation.
  • Gather customer feedback to inform product development and local market strategy.
  • Collaboration & Cross-Functional Alignment
  • Work closely with marketing, product, and clinical teams to align messaging, materials, and local initiatives.
  • Provide input on UK-specific adaptations and case studies.
  • Support the onboarding and training of new customers to ensure smooth implementation and ongoing success.

Person Specification

Essential Qualifications & Experience

  • Proven track record (5+ years) of medical device or digital health sales within the UK healthcare sector.
  • Experience working with or selling into NHS stroke, neurorehabilitation, or therapy services.
  • Strong understanding of NHS procurement and commissioning frameworks, including ICS, Trust, and private provider structures.
  • Excellent presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills across clinical and commercial settings.
  • Confident communicator with the ability to influence stakeholders from clinicians to executive leaders.
  • Highly self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently in a remote, field-based role.
  • Comfortable with frequent UK travel.

Desirable Skills & Knowledge

  • Familiarity with VR, AR, or mixed-reality technologies in healthcare or rehabilitation.
  • Strong clinical or technical understanding of stroke recovery, cognitive therapy, or neurorehabilitation.
  • Experience developing business cases and health-economic justifications for digital innovation adoption.
  • Existing network within NHS stroke services or rehabilitation networks.
  • Experience supporting new technology adoption in healthcare environments.
