About The Role

As a Data Insights Analyst at GRIDSERVE, you will be instrumental in transforming complex data into strategic insights that inform business decisions and drive operational excellence. Your primary responsibility will be to analyze large datasets from various sources, identify meaningful patterns, and communicate actionable recommendations to stakeholders across the organization. You will develop dashboards, reports, and visualizations that provide real-time performance metrics and support strategic planning.

Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams—including marketing, operations, finance, and technology—you will ensure data-driven decision-making is embedded into our business processes. Your expertise will help identify market trends, customer behaviors, and operational efficiencies, ultimately contributing to the company's growth and sustainability goals.

Qualifications

  • Degree in Economics, Statistics, Data Science, or a related discipline.
  • Additional certifications in data analytics or business intelligence (e.g., Microsoft Power BI, Tableau).
  • Professional experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or insights roles in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience working with large datasets and multiple data sources.
  • Proficiency in data visualization tools such as Power BI.
  • Experience using statistical tools and software (e.g., SQL, Python, R).
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms such as Azure and API data integration is advantageous.
  • Experience within the energy sector, particularly in EV charging infrastructure, is desirable.
  • Knowledge of A/B testing or experimentation methodologies is a plus.
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills with keen attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively convey insights to diverse audiences.
  • Ability to prioritize multiple projects and adapt to urgent requests from senior stakeholders.
  • Proactive problem-solving skills and a collaborative approach to teamwork.

Responsibilities

  • Collect, analyze, and interpret data from various internal and external sources to generate actionable insights.
  • Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and business metrics.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand their data needs and deliver relevant insights.
  • Perform market, competitor, and customer behavior analysis to support strategic initiatives.
  • Identify trends, patterns, and anomalies in data and communicate findings clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Support data governance initiatives by ensuring data quality and accuracy across all analyses.
  • Assist in designing and conducting surveys, experiments, or other data collection methods as required.
  • Provide data-driven recommendations to improve operational efficiency and business outcomes.
  • Stay updated with industry best practices and emerging tools in data analytics.
