We are looking for driven, ambitious and enthusiastic Kitchen
Managers to join our expanding farm-ily

As a Kitchen Manager, you will be responsible for the
day-to-day running of our kitchen operations, delivering amazing food time and
time again. You'll lead a high-performing team and set the standards for others
to follow. Our kitchens are the backbone of our restaurants and critical to
their success. With more restaurants opening in London, this is a great
opportunity to develop your career with a rapidly expanding business.

What's in it for our Kitchen Managers?

  • Salary between £36,200 - £38,000 (based on
    experience and location).
  • 20% quarterly bonus up to 60%, based on
    performance and KPIs.

What you'll do:

  • Managing, leading and inspiring the Restaurant
    team to provide an excellent, high-quality quality delicious food and a superb
    customer service, consistently.
  • Recruit, train, coach, and develop new and
    current team members.
  • Be responsible for the business performance of
    your restaurant.
  • Ensure your restaurant is safe, legal and
    compliant by delivering the highest of food safety and health & safety
    standards at all times.
