Image Office Cleaning now have a vacancy for a full time, 'Client Services Manager' required to work in London.

An experienced client services manager is required for a London based cleaning company. All of the contracts are in the City and West End, you will be responsible for the management of around 25 contracts, ensuring our standards are met on a daily basis, ensuring all cleaning staff arrive on time and carry out their duties in the correct safe manner.

Hours of work will vary, but the usual start time will be 6am, Monday to Friday. In addition, you will also need to be available to work weekends (Saturdays & Sundays) as and when required. You may also be required to work afternoons/evenings as part of your job role. Salary negotiable, and will depend on your experience. You will be provided with a company phone and a company car/allowance (TBC) to assist you in carrying out your duties.

To be considered for this role you must have the following skills;

o Management experience within the cleaning industry

o Good knowledge of Health & Safety, including COSHH & RAMS

o Must have good knowledge of all cleaning methods

o Be presentable to our clients

o Candidates for this role must be speak English, it would be beneficial if you can speak other languages too, Spanish would be an advantage

o Must have a full UK drivers licence

o You must be outgoing, hardworking and determined to progress within the company
