About the Role

We're looking for a Senior Marketing & Communications Manager to join our marketing team on a 12-month fixed-term contract. You'll play a pivotal role in delivering internal communications, marketing campaigns, and events that bring AerFin's brand and culture to life. Working closely with the Senior Brand & Marketing Manager, you'll combine strategic thinking with operational delivery – supporting the team to deliver high-quality, consistent communications that engage employees, strengthen our brand, and reinforce AerFin's position as a trusted partner in the aviation aftermarket.

What You'll Do:

Internal Communications

  • Plan, develop, and deliver day-to-day and strategic internal communications across channels (intranet, newsletters, townhalls, cascades, digital screens).
  • Work with People, Finance, Operations and others to ensure consistent, timely employee communications.
  • Draft and edit key messages, internal content and leadership communications in line with AerFin's tone and brand.
  • Support campaigns that reinforce AerFin's purpose, culture, and values.

Marketing Campaigns

  • Assist in planning and delivering brand and product campaigns aligned to business goals.
  • Manage campaign timelines, budgets, and cross-channel activity.
  • Coordinate pre- and post-campaign work and track performance/ROI.

Events & Sponsorships

  • Lead the planning and delivery of AerFin's global events, exhibitions, and internal events.
  •  Oversee logistics, brand representation, and on-site execution.
  • Maximise sponsorship and speaking opportunitiesthat elevate AerFin's market profile and report on event ROI.

Team & Cross-Functional Support

  • Coordinate marketing projects, support the team, and ensure alignment, brand governance, and quality across all outputs.

What We're Looking For:

  • Broad understanding of the full marketing mix in a B2B or corporate environment.
  • Proven hands-on event management experience (from planning to delivery).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with experience creating internal and external communications content.
  • Strong project management skills and attention to detail.
  • Experience working cross-functionally with senior stakeholders and external agencies.
  • Confident using digital marketing and communications tools (e.g. SharePoint, email platforms).
  • Comfortable working autonomously and delivering to deadlines.
