The Role

At Crimson Tide, we're building something exciting. As a growing AIM-listed SaaS company, we're seeking an experienced Business Analyst / Project Manager who is passionate about delivering exceptional outcomes for our customers.

As the Business Analyst / Project Manager, you will be responsible for implementing mpro5 across our customer base, covering both new onboardings and change requests. As part of the Delivery team, you will work closely with customers and internal teams to gather requirements, scope, plan, and deliver projects that drive real value.

Key Responsibilities

  • Work with customers to understand their processes, challenges, and objectives, translating these into clear, actionable requirements
  • Document requirements in collaboration with Solutions Architects and product teams, ensuring traceability throughout delivery
  • Scope projects in collaboration with customers and Solutions Architects, organizing requirements into a backlog and release plan, and managing stakeholder expectations
  • Define and implement an agile delivery model to deliver projects in shippable increments
  • Manage project delivery, including planning, resourcing, scheduling, and budget tracking
  • Develop and maintain detailed project schedules, budgets, and work plans, updating as needed to ensure on-time, in-scope delivery
  • Manage customer relationships throughout project delivery, acting as the primary point of contact
  • Prepare and deliver regular reports and updates for customers and internal stakeholders on project status, risks, dependencies, and issues
  • Assist in defining, standardizing, and producing project reports, templates, and documentation
  • Measure project performance and customer outcomes to identify opportunities for improvement
  • Create Scope of Works (SoWs) as required for chargeable projects
  • Contribute to continuous improvement across the Delivery team, sharing best practices and supporting process development

Essential Skills and Experience

  • Proven experience as a Business Analyst or Project Manager in a SaaS or software delivery environment
  • Strong background in business analysis, requirements gathering, project delivery,
  • A strong desire to deliver for customers and provide an excellent experience
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and interpersonal skills
  • Highly organised and self-motivated, with the ability to prioritise effectively and work independently
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a results-oriented mindset
  • Exposure to all phases of software development projects, including analysis, systems design, development, and testing approaches
  • Experience using Jira, Confluence, or similar tools for software development, support tickets, and documentation

Desirable

  • Professional certification such as Scrum Master (CSM), AgilePM, or PRINCE2
  • Experience delivering SaaS implementations or workflow automation solutions
  • Familiarity with business process mapping and data-driven reporting
