Job Description

Position: Bars Team Member

Location: Potters Resorts Five Lakes

Type: Part Time

The Role:
As a Bars Team Member, you'll be at the heart of our resort's social scene, delivering exceptional drinks and service that make every guest experience special. Whether it's crafting a cocktail, serving a comforting hot drink, or pouring a perfectly chilled pint, your friendly approach and attention to detail help create the warm, welcoming atmosphere Potters Resorts is known for - whatever the season.

You'll also:
  • Provide outstanding customer service to every guest
  • Serve our wide range of all-inclusive and premium drinks, including tea, coffee, milkshakes, cocktails, and a variety of alcoholic beverages
  • Thrive in a fast-paced, energetic environment
  • Maintain strong attention to detail - noticing when tables or glasses need clearing
  • Attend training sessions to stay up to date with alcohol laws and service standards
  • Keep the bar area clean, organised, and fully stocked
  • Be part of a dynamic, supportive team that takes pride in creating memorable moments
  • Be passionate about ensuring every guest leaves with a smile
Hours of Work:
This is a flexible position: you'll work between 2-5 shifts per week, with various shifts available across 7 days.
  • Bar opening times: 9am - 2am
  • Shifts include: days, evenings, and lates
  • All straight shifts, scheduled around the needs of the business
Immediate start available for the right candidate

Rates of Pay (based on age):
  • £12.21 per hour - Over 21
  • £10.00 per hour - Ages 18-20
Qualifications

What We're Looking For:
  • A friendly, enthusiastic attitude with a passion for hospitality.
  • Prior bar experience is great, but not essential - we can train you
  • The ability to work well under pressure and keep things running smoothly.
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and bank holidays.
  • A team player who's keen to pitch in and help whenever needed.
