We require a Mortgage & Protection Adviser to support our growth and service an established client base in Belfast and South Antrim area.

This would suit an existing Mortgage Advisor who wants flexibility in their working hours, and to be rewarded for their hard work.

Existing employer not providing enough quality leads/introductions/appointments this is an ideal role for you.

Looking a change from the restraints of a network to go Directly Authorised then this role would suit.

Currently Employed and want to maximize earnings in a Self-Employed role, then this position could be for you

The Role:

  • Conducting pre-qualified face-to-face appointments with clients in clients own-home
  • Completing fact finds to establish requirements
  • Presenting Mortgage, Home-Owner Loan & Protection solutions to fit client's needs and budget
  • Flexible hours to suit
  • Work from Home with access to office in South Belfast

The Candidate:

  • Self driven and motivated
  • Competitive and determined to succeed

  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Minimum 24 Months Experience advising on Mortgages
  • Must be fully Ce-Map or equivalent Qualified

Remuneration:

  • Self Employed Uncapped earnings Potential
  • First Year OTE £ £50,000
  • Subsequent Years £50,000 +
