Temporary SENDCO and Inclusion Lead

We are seeking an experienced and highly competent educator with a passion for inclusion to join our team until at least the end of this academic year.

  • Closing Date: 1pm Monday 12th January 26
  • Job Start Date: January 2026
  • Contract/Hours: Fixed term initially until 22nd July 2026. Full Time.
  • Salary: UPR 1-3 +SEN point (£47,472 - £51,048 per annum + SEN point £2,787 - £5,497 pa) depending on experience

Are you a passionate educator with a heart for inclusion and a talent for helping every child flourish? Do you have a proven track record of being able to lead and coordinate the provision for children with special educational needs across a school? Are you looking to share your experience, skills and knowledge in a new setting?

  • Is an experienced SENDCO with a proven track record
  • Has successful experience of teaching across the primary phase
