KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:

· Prospecting & Lead Generation: Develop and execute long-term business plans and strategies to achieve company goals.

Ø Identify and engage potential concessionaires, kiosk operators, and pop-up brands suitable for our retail environments.

Ø Build and maintain a pipeline of prospects across relevant categories (F&B, services, tech, etc.).

  • Sales and Negotiation:

Ø Pitch and sell available concession spaces within our property portfolio to prospective tenants.

Ø Negotiate commercial terms, pricing, and lease durations to achieve or exceed sales and revenue targets.

Ø Manage deal closures from initial inquiry through to signed agreements.

  • Account & Relationship Management:

Ø Maintain long-term relationships with existing tenants and partners to encourage renewals and upsells.

Serve as the primary point of contact for tenants during onboarding and setup to ensure a seamless transition into the space.

  • Market Research & Strategy:

Ø Monitor retail and consumer trends to identify new categories or brands suitable for concession or kiosk formats.

Ø Analyse competitor and market activity to inform pricing, space utilization, and sales strategy.

  • Collaboration:

Ø Work closely with the various teams to align on space availability, fit-out requirements, and promotional support.

Ø Provide input on layout optimization and merchandising opportunities to enhance site appeal.

  • Reporting & Performance:

Ø Track and report sales performance, occupancy rates, and revenue forecasts.

Ø Use CRM tools to manage leads and maintain accurate data.

Ø Produce a detailed cost breakdown of concession spaces to justify pricing and revenue forecasts.

· Communication & Interpersonal Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills for building rapport and delivering clear, persuasive presentations.
