About the Role:

As a Senior Treasury Manager, you'll be at the forefront of shaping our treasury operations, collaborating with top-tier teams across FX, Finance, Tax, and Legal to establish cutting-edge systems and processes. You'll lead the charge in managing our cash and liquidity strategy, implementing state-of-the-art cash forecasting methods, and driving improvements in our Treasury Management System (Kyriba).
 

Key Responsibilities:
 

  • Build the Treasury Team: Partner with the Head of Treasury to design and implement robust systems, processes, and controls for our growing team.
  • Strategic Cash Management: Develop and oversee short- and medium-term cash forecasting, manage liquidity, and optimize cash pooling arrangements.
  • Investment & FX Management: Direct treasury investments, assess new opportunities, and manage FX exposures with innovative hedging programs.
  • Process Improvement: Spearhead treasury process automation, enhance reporting frameworks, and support the rollout of Kyriba to streamline operations.
  • Compliance & Audit: Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements, support audits, and maintain the highest standards of control and compliance.

What You'll Bring:

  • Technical Expertise: Proficiency in Excel, data analysis, and Treasury Management Systems (Kyriba). Experience with banking technology solutions is a plus.
  • Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities with a talent for making complex information clear and engaging.
  • Organizational Prowess: Strong attention to detail, adept at managing multiple priorities, and experienced in leading cross-functional global teams.
  • Problem-Solving Mindset: Analytical thinker with a proactive approach to identifying challenges and implementing effective solutions.

Qualifications & Experience:
 

  • Education: AMCT/ACCA/ACA qualification and a Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting.
  • Experience: 5+ years in a multinational Treasury role, with hands-on experience in FX risk management, cash management, and Treasury Management Systems. Previous leadership experience is a plus.
