Employment Partner – Leading Legal 500 Firm, West End

I recently met with the CEO of this leading Legal 500, West End firm, discussing their strategic growth plans and they are keen to add an Employment Partner to their growing firm.

The Firm

A highly regarded Legal 500 firm in London's West End, with a reputation for excellence and a genuinely collaborative partnership culture. The firm combines consistent growth, strong financial performance, and a forward-thinking approach, providing partners with the platform and support to develop their practice while maintaining flexibility and autonomy.

The Role

The firm is seeking an Employment Partner to join its established team. This is a strategic opportunity to advise a broad range of employer clients across the full spectrum of employment law.

The work is varied and intellectually stimulating — from providing day-to-day HR guidance and resolving workplace issues, to supporting clients in achieving long-term strategic objectives. You will also handle both contentious and non-contentious matters, including complex disputes in the employment tribunal and higher courts.

This is a role that offers both professional challenge and impact, with the freedom to shape your own caseload and practice development.

About You

  • An experienced Employment Partner, or a senior lawyer ready to step into partnership
  • Proven experience advising employer clients across contentious and non-contentious matters
  • Strong technical expertise and commercial awareness
  • Skilled at building long-term client relationships
  • Collaborative, with a proactive approach to business development
