The Opportunity
We are seeking a Senior Product Manager to join our Data Products team. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in managing and transforming our data assets, including ACR data collection, scaling international collection, enabling data sales, and ensuring data can be used to drive the next generation of multiple advertising solutions. This role requires a deep understanding of data management, governance, ACR (automatic content recognition) and the applications in machine learning (ML) to optimize data our ad stack.

Responsibilities

  • ACR Data Pipeline Strategy Development: Define and execute a comprehensive ACR data strategy that aligns with business objectives and product vision.
  • Data Governance: Establish robust data governance frameworks to ensure data quality, integrity, and compliance.
  • Product Management: Oversee the development and management of data products, including data types, formats, and potential use cases in reporting products and other downstream applications.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with engineering teams to make data accessible across the organization and drive data integration into various product lines.
  • Vision for ML and AI: Develop and implement a vision for leveraging ML technologies to process data and enhance the ad stack. Evaluate and implement the use of Agentic AI applied to Data processing and insight, decisioning in the ad stack.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Engage with internal and external stakeholders to understand data needs and ensure the delivery of valuable data solutions in the areas of ID graph, reporting, and adstack, and internal Data Sales teams.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a future team of product managers, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.

Requirements

  • Experience: Minimum of 3 years in the ad tech space (such as ACR, CTV, streaming content, online display, and/or video media industries) with a combination of 3 years experience in product management.
  • Expertise: Expertise in managing and mentoring more junior product team members to deliver data-driven solutions in Agile Product Management processes.
  • Technical Skills: Strong understanding of data management, data analysis, data governance, and data integration technologies. Experience with AWS and Databricks.
  • Leadership: Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to inspire and guide teams towards achieving strategic goals.
  • Communication: Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or a related field. Master's preferred or equivalent work experience.
  • AI Agentic Skills: Practical expertise in implementing and leveraging AI Agentic technologies. For example previous product experience leveraging technologies in existing workflows or to improve existing workflows.
