Mechanical Engineer with electrical knowledge , Central London
An exciting Mechanical Engineer role with a salary of £75,000 to £85,000 plus bonus and career progression opportunities for a permanent role based at in our Marylebone, London office.
We are offering a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Mechanical Engineer with electrical knowledge with an immediate start at a market leading, dynamic and renowned property, technology and innovative, technology-based car parking company. Euro Car Parks is a market leading, renowned UK business, established over 49 years ago. The company operates over 3500 sites across the UK and Ireland providing specialist services to a wide range of blue-chip clients.

The role

We are looking for a manager with 10 years minimum management experience, proficient IT skills and good technical ability. You will also be familiar with Microsoft and other software packages.

Working within a dedicated and friendly team of engineers and technicians, you will be operating in a stimulating and dynamic technical environment with responsibility for ensuring our state-of-the art installations across the UK are operating at peak efficiency.

Main Responsibilities

  • Driving SLAs and meeting/exceeding key deadlines
  • Leading, promoting and driving the department performance
  • Leading, managing and delivering the Company strategy
  • Managing and leading a team of technical specialists
  • Leading, managing and monitoring operational teams and processes whilst meeting compliance standards and expectations
  • Identifying, building, and maintaining positive internal and external stakeholder relationships
  • Motivating and developing your team by recognising and cultivating talent
  • Training, quality checks and workforce planning
  • Process improvement, implementation, and growth
  • Prepare reports on these statistics, rates and performance levels
  • Overseeing and leading on asset management and work-order systems
