Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position located in Brighton for an Administrative Support Specialist. Responsibilities include managing daily administrative tasks, providing exceptional support to team members and clients, and maintaining organised records. This role involves answering phone calls professionally, handling client inquiries with excellent customer service, and supporting basic accounting tasks. The Administrative Support Specialist will play a key role in ensuring smooth operations for the firm through effective communication and organisational skills.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Administrative Assistance and record management skills
  • Strong Customer Service and Phone Etiquette skills to assist clients professionally
  • Excellent Communication abilities, both written and verbal
  • Basic understanding of financial processes
  • Detail-oriented, organised, and proactive with time management skills
  • Proficiency in using office software and tools (e.g., Microsoft Office)
  • Previous experience in financial services or a similar industry is a plus
