Connect to your Industry

Are you interested in helping our firm prevent, prepare for, respond to and recover from disruptive incidents and crises? Do you have a naturally inquisitive mind? Do you enjoy working through complex challenges?

If so, we are seeking an Assistant Manager to join the UK Resilience function within Deloitte Business Security (DBS) which is part of the Deloitte Quality, Risk and Security (QRS) community.

Within QRS, we use our skills and experience across a variety of disciplines to support a risk intelligent culture at Deloitte - enabling our Partners and practitioners to deliver high quality services to their clients, and acting as custodians of firm risk, security, ethics, and reputation.

  • UK Resilience is an internal, second line of defense function (i.e. not client facing), the purpose of which is to ensure we can continue to deliver our client services in the event of a disruption and protect our people, clients, operations and reputation during incidents or crises.
  • Working closely with colleagues from across our first and second line of defense and the business, you'll be able to make an impact that matters and drive positive change and enhance the resilience of our firm.
  • As the Business Continuity Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management and continuous improvement of the firms Business Continuity Management System (BCMS), ISO22301 certification and other resilience-related tasks.
  • DBS is a supportive group of security SMEs who care about doing the right thing and protecting the confidentiality, privacy and security of Deloitte's people, buildings, assets and data.
  • You will be supported to develop your technical and personal skillset through peer support, development plans, mentorship, coaching and access to extensive training resources.
  • We understand the importance of personal well-being and offer flexible working arrangements to support your individual needs, in addition to Deloitte's market-leading benefits.
