Purpose of the role:
Whilst we have had a lot of success over the past 10 years, and have grown exponentially, we need to make changes to the way we work if we're going to achieve this vision. With that in mind, we are embarking on our biggest ever period of transformation - investing time and money to connect consumers, our clients and our partners to each other, and to the elevated experiences they want and expect from us. As part of this, we are require an Op Model & Change Lead to support in the delivery of key initiatives in our Transformation portfolio.
The Op Model and Change Lead role is pivotal in ensuring the successful implementation and execution of change management strategies across Collinson's programmes
and will also lead in aspects of organisational design for specific initiatives. The key responsibilities include:
1. Leading and overseeing the delivery of effective change management efforts across programme and business teams as initiatives move through the stages ofscoping, design, execution, and closure. This could include managing Change Managers within relevant projects to ensure alignment with programme objectives.
2. Monitoring change impact within the programme and driving change management activities, while proactively identifying and escalating risks and issues to
ensure successful delivery.
3. Engaging and communicating with key stakeholders to raise awareness and understanding of upcoming changes within the workstream, collaborating with
communications and project teams to enhance visibility across Collinson International.
4. Driving the adoption of standardised change management methodologies and tools provided by the TMO to ensure consistency and best practices across the programme.
5. Actively contributing to a Change community of practice, fostering the sharing of insights, lessons learned, and continuous improvement of Collinson's changenmanagement capabilities.
6. Lead all aspects of organisational design for specific initiatives, making sure proposed design enables Collision to be: highly effective; efficient; competitive andndeliver business priorities (projects).
7. Working with the Programme Manager, the P&C Business Partner, the business leaders, own and embed organisational design interventions to improve then organisational shape and size.
8. Provide specialist support to business leaders and P&C BP's in defining the best target operating model and organisational design, leveraging existing job banding and architectural framework to ensure Collinson is optimised for performance and effectiveness, with appropriate spans and layers.
9. Ongoing evolution of smarter/agile working.
10. Leverage analysis and modelling to inform future decisions, targets and KPIs, drawing on internal and external benchmarks to identify trends and opportunities for performance improvement.
