The ideally candidate
We are looking for a kind, approachable individual, who can show excellent organisational skills, be assertive, and must have a QTS or a least 1 year of UK school experience. It is essential that you have a solid understand of the UK Maths curriculum. As this is a cover role it is important that you uphold the schools behaviour policies and feel confident in class room management and how to report safeguarding concerns.
This is an excellent opportunity for any ECT or unqualified teacher looking to be introduced to new schools in their local area or seasoned teaches looking for a bit of a step back in work load but what to still keep doing what they love without the faff of planning and marking.
