TL;DR:
This role leads growth strategy and operations for the commercial department. Reporting directly to the C-Level, you will be the architect of scalable, measurable, and sustainable global growth. With rapid international expansion, a deepening partner ecosystem, and continuous product innovation, you are joining at a pivotal moment. You will have the unique opportunity to define the future state of Revenue Operations for our firm, setting the standard for how we achieve healthy, compounding growth for years to come.

What you will do:

  • Own Commercial Performance: Drive performance, GTM efficiency, and execution against global revenue targets
  • Strategic Architect: Lead cross-functional growth projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives
  • AI-Driven Efficiency: Champion the assessment and deployment of AI/ML tools to automate processes, revolutionize commercial analytics, and unlock new levels of efficiency across the customer journey
  • Executive Partner: Act as the trusted strategic advisor for the C-Level across Sales, Marketing, and Finance to ensure operational alignment
  • Team Leadership: Recruit, mentor, and lead a high-performing team of Operations specialists

  • Senior Experience: Proven leadership in Growth Strategy, Commercial Operations, or Management Consulting
  • Analytical Mindset: Exceptional ability to translate complex data into clear, P&L-driven strategic action
  • Scale-Up Mindset: Experience building and leading high-performing teams in a high-growth environment
  • Tech Forward: Direct experience implementing AI, automation, or advanced analytical tools
  • Bias for action: love of fast feedback loops, high ownership mentality
  • Bilingual: Fluent in German and English and extreme bias for action
