Internship & Placement Programme
gives you the chance to gain real-world experience in
cost consultancy and project management
, supporting clients on high-profile construction, infrastructure and property projects across the UK and Europe.

You'll work alongside expert Quantity Surveyors and consultants, learning how to manage budgets, analyse costs, and make data-driven decisions that keep projects on track and clients happy.

What You'll Be Doing

As a
Quantity Surveying Intern or Placement Student
, you'll:

  • Help deliver
    cost, commercial and consultancy projects
    across multiple sectors.
  • Support with
    cost estimation, project planning, procurement and cost management
    .
  • Advise clients on
    budgeting, financial forecasting and contractual relationships
    .
  • Use data and digital tools to provide cost insights and improve project outcomes.
  • Collaborate with engineers, designers and consultants to deliver value-driven solutions.

This role offers a genuine hands-on learning experience — you'll be part of live projects from start to finish, making tangible contributions and developing the confidence to succeed in a professional consultancy setting.

    BSc or MSc in Quantity Surveying, Property, Real Estate or a RICS-accredited discipline
