Hotel Receptionist/ Guest Experience Host

Seckford Hall Hotel & Spa is a magnificent Tudor building in the heart of Suffolk, steeped in history and set amongst 35 acres of private Suffolk countryside. The hotel boasts 40 rooms, a 2 AA rosette restaurant, leisure and spa facilities. We are now recruiting for a Hotel Receptionist to join our Front of House team, to make sure every client and customer has a memorable experience that rocks

You need to be passionate about customer service and always willing to go the extra mile.

Role responsibilities:

• Ensure prompt and courteous check-in and check-out of guests
• Meeting and greeting all guests
• Respond to guest requests and information about the hotel and its surroundings
• Ensure all queries and sales enquiries about the hotel are dealt with swiftly to ensure revenue is maximised for the venue
• General FOH / reception duties

The ideal candidates will possess:

• Great telesales skills and highly computer literate
• Front office experience
• Experience using Rezlynx
• Passionate about delivering a 5* experience
• Work well with all departments to ensure the highest guest experience is always delivered
• High level of customer service skills

This position will work on a shift pattern. Reception is open from 7am to 10pm – with the rota set at least two weeks in advance.
