Vena FP&A Implementation Consultant

About the Role

Working in our delivery space, you'll be helping bring the project vision to life. You'll be closely working our Project Management Office to ensure that the project is on scope, on time and on budget. You'll share your experience and knowledge across the organisation and mentor junior consultants to help them demonstrate Agilyx's values.

This role is heavily customer facing and responsible for:

• Demonstrating system functionality to prospects and clients
• Identifying and escalate risks and issues in a timely manner to the Project Manager
• Delivering valued consultancy services to clients, ensuring objectives are met in accordance with the project management plans
• Providing consultancy as required and guidance on both best use of product functionality and good business practices
• Implementing and supporting Vena FP&A and associated products
• Developing test scripts, communication, and training documentation deliverables

Experience & Skills

• Hands on experience of Vena FP&A as a System Administrator or end user is preferable.
• Experience Implementing Vena or equivalent system – full system cycle, an advantage.
• Tertiary qualified, preferably in a business, finance or IT related discipline or equivalent experience with 2-5 years' experience in a similar role.
• Experienced at providing training in person and remotely and able to provide appropriate documentation for follow up when required
• Working within, and having a full understanding of, a finance department and its functions and how they interact with other areas of the business.
• Previous experience working in a professional services environment with exceptional customer facing skills.
• Experience/knowledge of standard Project Management Methodologies (including but not limited to Prince2 and PMBOK).

Location

This is a remote first role with regular travel to our Birmingham office and customer sites required. The role is open to candidates in the UK. At this time, we are unable to provide sponsorship.
